Operational intelligence for industry.
I build companies that put numbers on things people used to guess about. Most factories still run on estimates: how many forklifts the site needs, why the line stopped at 3 a.m., how long a changeover really takes. My work is replacing those guesses with readings.
Now
- Procimo — founder & CEO. Real-time location, machine monitoring and operational software for industrial plants. A team of 30 across seven countries; systems live in Portugal, France, Poland, Czechia and Morocco; 500+ machines connected. Profitable since 2024, no venture capital.
- Field — co-founder. AI and camera based match analysis (MatchSense) and club software, live in 30+ sports venues. Run day-to-day by its general manager.
- Cantinno — independent advisory on industrial digitalization, and the home of my consulting and expert-network work.
Some numbers I like
- The first forklift fleet we ever measured, for 7.5 months: €301k a year of oversizing at a single plant, including two forklifts that never moved. That audit became the product.
- A customer's fleet cut from 10 to 4 forklifts at constant output. Payback in under a year.
- Machine output up 22% in six months, with no new machines and no new shifts — just visibility.
- Procimo sales grew ×3.8 in two years, and passed €3M invoiced by September 2026.
Earlier
Law degree (Universidade Católica), M.Sc. in Political Science (ISCTE), baccalauréat at the Lycée Français Charles Lepierre. Practiced law through the GDPR years; before that, built esports programs for Manchester City, PSG and ESL. The common thread only became obvious later: take a messy physical world, instrument it, and let the numbers argue.
Writing
Coming: “Two forklifts that never moved” — what 7.5 months of measuring one fleet taught me about how factories actually run.
